Lesly Montes is a Partner at Collective Entertainment, a Live Entertainment Producer, Digital Marketing Strategist and Management Consultant. With a passion for music and culture, Lesly has dedicated her career to producing unforgettable experiences and engaging content for brands, fans and artists.

As a Producer, she has managed large-scale event production, advertisement & marketing campaigns, podcasts, and additional projects for a variety of clientele nationwide; ranging from Music to Lifestyle, Health, and Activism.

She is also frequent production consultant for Ultra Music Festival, iHeart Radio’s Jingle Ball, Audacy’s Riptide Music Festival, and various independent concerts, award shows and conferences across the United States.

In her role as a Director, Lesly has overseen the planning and execution of digital and live events for the non-profit initiative #iVoted. Most notably, the #iVoted Festival, the largest digital concert in history, which took place on election night 2020 with over 450 artists participating, including Billie Eilish, Trey Anastasio of Phish, Playboi Carti, Jim James of My Morning Jacket, Maggie Rogers, Colin Meloy of The Decemberists, Living Colour, Young the Giant, and countless more. All artists were booked based on the data of the top streaming artists in key swing states, whose margins are often decided by the size of a concert venue. In 2022, the #iVoted Festival featured over 300 artists, including Run the Jewels, Billie Eilish, CNCO, Tom Morello, OK Go, Los Lobos, and a sweepstakes for over 500 concerts nationwide in partnership with Live Nation, AEG, and NIVA. She currently oversees events and experiences for the non-profit organization.

Her work has been featured in Variety, Billboard, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, Alternative Press, The Huffington Post, ESPN, Yahoo Entertainment, Miami New Times, and more.

In 2023, she joined Collective Entertainment as a partner alongside longtime music industry executives Emily White and co-founder Melissa Garcia.

In her free time, she enjoys attending cultural events, traveling, and volunteering for mental health and housing non-profit organizations in her community. She is also a Certified Mental Health First-Aid Instructor accredited by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing with support from Lady Gaga’s Born This Was Foundation. Lesly currently resides in Miami, FL.
