Alexa Espinoza is an Operations and Music Management Intern at Collective Entertainment and a graduating senior at Montclair State University, New Jersey, where she studies Psychology with minors in Business, and Family Science and Human Development. Through her academic journey, Alexa has developed a strong interest in organizational psychology, administrative operations, and the intersection of people, systems, and the music industry.

During her time at Montclair, Alexa has gained hands-on experience in both administrative support and live event production. She recently contributed to the production of a live concert event on campus, where she assisted with artist coordination, event logistics, and day-of-show operations. Her passion for live music extends beyond the classroom, as she actively seeks opportunities to understand the behind-the-scenes work that brings events to life. Alexa has attended over 35 live events including concerts and festivals.

In addition to her work in music operations, Alexa has built a strong foundation in human resources and organizational development through her internship with the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice. There, she supported recruitment and onboarding efforts, developed internal resources such as a security handbook and onboarding materials, and contributed to employee wellness initiatives. This experience strengthened her skills in communication, coordination, and organizational efficiency.

At Collective Entertainment, Alexa supports both operations and artist management efforts, bringing a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to her work. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences through music while ensuring that operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Alexa enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, which have become a core part of her identity and inspiration. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and values building connections across diverse communities.

As she begins her professional journey, Alexa is excited to continue growing within the music and entertainment industry, combining her background in psychology and business with her passion for live events and artist development.
